It's a Mosler Safe Co. vault door.
I used to work for them and had two of these round doors in my area. They were serviced annually and could actually be closed or opened with one finger.
Usually, when the bank moves out, the combination is set back to factory.
Also, there is an escapement feature to unlock the door from the inside so that if someone got locked inside- they CAN get out.

Kansas City public library has a vault just like that in the basement, it's where all the media is, like DVD and such. it's super cool.
