It is very much possible. Sometimes what happens is the child would be in an accident and may be undiagnosed and the parents do not want any treatment at that point of time, so the nose will grow crookedly. In other cases there will be other injuries like head injuries or fractures or you may not have a well trained plastic surgeon to straighten the nose. So the nose may not have treated properly. In such cases we can fix the nose correctly. It is known as corrective rhinoplasty. It may involve re fracturing the nose and bringing it to the centre or it may need a completely different kind of surgery like putting a cartilage graft or bone graft. But it is possible to fix a damaged nose anytime after an accident whether it is early or late.

Hi. I has a crooked nose. When I was small I was in an accident but I have seen 2 nose doctors and they say my nose isn't broken.
I dont understand this....my nose is crooked and I can barely breath nor smell through my nose...sounds like I'm sick and that I talk like I have a nose flu.... please advise.
