Breakdown: Full Body HIIT x2 rounds each 40sec work + 20s rest
Ab workout x 2 rounds 20sec work + 10sec rest

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Each day is perfection. Pieces together so perfectly. I’m so glad there were only two rounds of that today. Kept hoping there wasn’t a third coming🤣 Feeling stronger every day. I can already tell my metabolism is revved up these days.

I am so glad to try this program again. A few years ago, I tried, and it was too hard. This time, after 8 months of working at increasing my fitness, I am loving it. I do modify to minimal jumping and am able to finish the sessions with a great sweat and sense of accomplishment. I already see a difference in my body. At 55, I am so excited to see how much I transform over the full 12 weeks! Combating menopause with fitness! This is a great program to incorporate into my lifestyle changes. Love it!

The first week I used everything in me to finish the workouts but now I can get through them without stopping or getting really out of breath. Thank you Heather for putting in the time and effort for these workouts. They are perfect

week 1 did 3 workouts
week 2 planning on completing 4 workout this week
gaining strength n taking things slow..getting back on track after an episode of depression, hormone imbalance, still need to work on my sleep but i m getting there thanks for wonderful.workouts
