Week 4 Day 2 // No Repeats HIIT Workout // Full Body Circuit with Weights

It's time for a NO REPEAT HIIT workout team! This full body workout uses weights to increase the intensity so you'll be building strength and burning fat fast! Wrapping up with a no repeat ab circuit today and then don't forget to stick around for the cool down and stretch. Let's Gooooo!!!!

Breakdown: 1 no full body circuit x1 round 40s work + 20s rest
1 no repeat ab circuit x1 round 20s work + 10s rest (take 0s rest for an extra challenge!)
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Stopped at 20 minutes.. recovering from flu..still have the weakness... But I'd rather do 20 minutes than nothing...have to keep moving

I’m definitely getting destroyed. Still making modifications and definitely stopped mid reps for some of them. I’m trying to get better every day! One day I’ll make it through a whole video while doing all the moves COMPLETELY

These workouts ARE THE BEST HIGH!! Second time doing this program, so proud of myself finishing the first time around. Got wicked strong and my metabolism sky rocketed. Cried at the last workout for the mental resilience it took to get through. Congrats to everyone!

Specially the second part of the HIIT was hard ... cardio wipe me out every time ....But I pushed through and now I am in 7th heaven :)

Always get excited when there are no repeats but I also love those deadlifts and would do that move 5 times more :). Still loving these workouts Still the only thing I wish were different is I'd love for you to talk through the cool down! ♥️
