Even though it's not confirmed, I'm convinced that Richard Horvitz voices Baxter here. Sounds so much like him.

He’s going to annoy everyone in the hotel because of his “erm, actually ☝️🤓” ahh ways. Also Alastor bullies him a la “popular mean kid shoving nerd into the locker” style, if we’re going by old dynamics. Idk if Niffty and him are supposed to start liking each other or it’ll be him liking her first or whatever but that’s also a dynamic I remember. Genuinely thought he was scraped!
