Loving this! Now it is Velocity banking, well it's good to see SOMEONE teaching others how to work a Budget. Grandparents born at the turn of the century - 1 in 1900, and old school money management that we were taught as kids. It is so GOOD to start seeing old values coming back BIG Kudos to you! (oh Single mom low income all my life thanks to the old boy network lol) But kids in graduated hs, coll, 1 in military, but it all boils down to self discipline. Thank you.

Thanks, Denzel, I finally got it!! I think you have other videos that are clearer explanation-wise, and I had to rewind quite a few times to really get this one. But it was super close to my own numbers, so I was determined to figure it out--and I did! So excited! Going to be able to pay off a car loan in 3 months instead of 13 months, even with limited cash flow. Thanks so much for this and your other videos. You are a blessing!

Once the heloc is paid off after chunking, do you pay off expenses for that month and wait another month to chunk again? I'm getting stuck on the final payment, and when I can chunk again without affecting the $$ for my expenses since those will still be due for the month after my paycheck pays off the balance. Hope that makes sense.

Denzel, whoa! Second month of credit card not clear at all. If you charge the expenses back on card how does balance just dissappear? You would have to pay more on it next month or how do you pay expenses and get to zero? 🤯

In this example it looks like you subtracted the figure you had us add up $1663 from cc balance and how did you get the subtracted figure?

Great video... . My question is using the help I get the chunk amount that is used towards the mortgage.... But would we keep paying the regular mortgage payments too? Meaning, every month do we still pay the regular mortgage bill ontop of the chuck payment we payed towards principal?
