As an introvert I prefer time alone, I dislike being around others. It’s not that I wish I could talk to others and don’t know how, I prefer not to. I think this video displays a shy person who because of early childhood circumstances was never exposed to secure relationships growing up and is now finding his way; not necessarily an introvert?

Notice how it's only extroverts how they say it must be a sad thing to want to be alone. It's funny how we have never asked an extrovert the same question. Keeping an open mind is good practise of mindfulness. Weather your on different sides of the spectrum.
