Charlie Parker (nickname Bird) was a fantastic saxophone player. I love transcribing his ideas, because they were very melodic and bluesy. He had an incredible sense of time and was a sophisticated musician.

Good explanation of a typical jazz sound. It helped me de-mystify jazz (which I always assumed was too complex (over my head) to play)

Nice lick Robert almost has a B.B. vibe to it I know B.B. listened to a lot of horn players as well as guitarists.
