Alexander Mountain Fire continues to burn, estimated at nearly 1,000 acres Tuesday

The Alexander Mountain Fire in Larimer County grew slowly overnight to around 990 acres on Tuesday, according to the U.S. Forest Service. The fire forced evacuations throughout the Big Thompson Valley on Monday.

Trees need to be cut down and replanted often. We have massive fires in liberal states because they hug the trees not harvest the trees. Trees are like all living creatures. They live a long, healthy life and then they start dying out. As the dead trees and branches accumulate the more fuel is there for a wild fire to burn. Here in the Commonwealth of Virginia we cut our trees, often. And it is mandatory to replant 2 trees for every tree cut down and all areas prone to erosion is seeded and planted with native grasses and plants to prevent erosion. We don't have 1000's of acres forest fires here like you snowflakes have.

Fire rangers forestry fire fighter do nothing to contain areas that must be burned .. I have given up on caring most people have the attitude about well if it hapens it hapens and when forestry tries to do anything everyone complains about the smoke * so most people seem to be content with dealing with the fact if there's a fire there's a fire * 1'100, 000 acres that is forestrys resopnsibilty* with lives lost its sad * those seem to be the areas where disaster strikes where they want 3o feet of weeds and dead grass and trees dead with tiny peices of tree life cleanging to it then dieing cause the green trees can't survive on a dead tree * loss of life is sad.. earth is earth and earth isn't responsible of loss of life carelessness is * you know it is almost manslaughter allowing this uncontrolled wild life to be out of control * anyways ..earth will take care of nature the soil earth dirt itself fire 🔥 water or air its the way 🌎 earth cleanses itself if forestry doesn't do a containe d burn earth will youl see in 2 years from now to 2 years everything will be green flowers wild flowers new baby trees i recomend teen trees they have more oxygen some fruit trees pine trees goose berries aspen Japanese maples apples plum trees wild plum trees
