I wish the folks living in this area well I watched the troublesome fire in Granby destroy properties and a marina right behind my friends childhood home within 3000 feet it was by grace of god and the brave men and women first responders of the fire department that her area was spared now we are hearing of condos or something being placed in that area we have also watched housing developments with 4000 sq ft homes that no one occupies 3/4 of the year being built from out of state property owners it’s a sad reality for true nature loving Coloradans watching people gobble up the land and build their homes no one occupies

Rich people with hobby ranches building homes in the foot hills driving land and home prices unaffordable to most people. I lived in that area for over 40 years but moved away because of all the constant construction.
