Just think of it, the ability to make special key press combinations and transmit on Amateur or MURS or GMRS, great radio for search and rescue. You don’t need to carry 3 different radios. The big three, Kenwood, Icom, and Yeasu complained to the FCC because they didn’t think of it first. They passed a regulation disallowing multiple service radios. How stupid.

Is this radio water proof or at least water resistant? A radio that isn't is useless IMHO.
