I love that the italian guy wasn't a "know it all" about pizza. He loved each one!

I don't care if she won that competition but that Italian Pizza won our heart

When he called the original Italian Pizza “New York Style” I cried 🥲

Ismat saying one slice of the Napoli pizza is not enough, well duh! Most people eat at least 2 to 3 slices of thin crust pizzas if not the whole pizza! She scored him way too low.

Notice how the professionals allsupport each other and acknowledge the greatness of the food and the amateurs are so critical and annihilate each other lmaoo

The Italian should’ve won that hands down.

The Italian guy would have won if ismat didnt score so low 😔 his pizza looked amazing and if he did all the things right he should have gotten at least an 8

The first authentic pizza was ROBBED by the girl that gave him a super low score

So Ismat would want to eat the nice Italian guy’s whole pizza but only scored the slice a 6? Considering how much the guys rated it we can assume she was being tactical. I hate when people act like this on these videos, there’s just no need for it and it really reflects badly on the person doing it.

A 6 for the Sicilian pizza? I don't think so. She doesn't know the classic margarita pizza!

Ryan’s Bresaola Pizza

Ingredients
For the pizza dough (Makes 4 bases)
1kg 00 flour - I used La Molisana Farina 00 Di Grano Tenero Flour
4 teaspoons table salt
½ teaspoon active dry yeast
3 cups water, room temperature
Flour, extra, for dusting
1 tbsp semolina, for dusting

Toppings
210g polpa (finely chopped) tinned tomatoes - I used Mutti
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 burrata
80g Bresaola or Prosciutto
Handful of watercress
½ tsp chilli flakes
Olive oil to drizzle

Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and whisk.
2. Make a well in the center then incorporate half the water. Stir with a wooden spoon, gradually adding more water until the dough starts to come together. Using your hands, finish mixing to ensure the dough is well combined. It should be quite a wet consistency.
Note: do not knead or overwork the dough at this stage. It should be just mixed,
3. Cover the bowl with cling film and allow the dough to rest overnight. It should double in size.
4. Once the dough has rested, generously flour a surface, pour the dough on, and work it with your hands until it forms a smooth ball. It should be quite soft, so you can incorporate as much flour as you need to help it form a nice round shape. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, and fold the corners of each piece in, so that each one forms a mini ball. Place each dough ball in an oiled pan to rest for another 30 minutes. (I know there's been a lot of resting, but this is the last time, I swear)
5. Preheat a fan forced oven to 250°C with a pizza tray inside.
6. Lightly sprinkle semolina on a pizza peel (or round chopping board) then using your hands, take one piece of dough and stretch it out to form a pizza base. You should be able to stretch it so that the center is very thin and almost opaque. Be careful not to tear.
7. In a small bowl combine the tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper then stir. Using a spoon, spread it over the pizza base in a thin coating.
8. Pull a-part the burrata, and add half of it on top of the pizza.
9. Slide the pizza off the pizza peel (wooden board) straight into the oven and onto the hot pizza tray. Allow it to cook for approx 10-12 minutes. The cheese will completely melt and the crust should puff up on the edges.
10. Remove the pizza then place on a serving tray and add the final fresh toppings. Lay down pieces of bresaola, the rest of the burrata, a handful of watercress, some chilli flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil. It’s your pizza, so add as little or as much as you like.
11. Slice, serve, and enjoy all that hard work you put in. It will be well worth it.

I feel so bad for the italian guy because the girl rated him a 6 and he's being nice to her pizza 😭😭

Ismat shouldn’t have won. She low balled other pizzas that should have won. How does eggplant win over traditional Italian pizza?

I have noticed, that lady always gives very low numbers to a tough competition, if you are chef your ratings should be close enough if you understand what a good pizza is, if 2 rate it 9 and you rate it 6 means your judges are not calibrated or CHEATING...

Ismat's pizza looked amazing, but ryan was totally robbed. His pizza looked like a dream come true!
