I am, (at 62) buying my first home. We found a property we like, but it has a single with 3 Bdrm on it... My loan amount will cover the price of the purchase, but I need to find another single wide to set BESIDE it and turn it all into 1 home so we have plenty of room for everyone.. What would you say you spend on average to renovate these homes? How much do you usually spend to transport them and have them reassembled?
