Where I am in New York the rules are to register your home with DMV if you are in a park. But that only applies if the home is built after a certain date. My home does not appear anywhere as I am in a park the only person who knows who owns my home is the park owner. My house transferred with a bill of sale. There was no deed recorded nor did I have to register with the DMV. I guess I'm invisible 😅
