You forgot the biggest step. After every step, scream as loud as you can. If no one can audibly hear you lifting, it never happened and the workout is wasted.

You didn't mention the perfect split:
Mon: chest
Tue: arms
Wed: chest
Thu: arms
Friday: chest
Sat: arms
Sunday: chest and arms.

I usually confuse my muscles by getting up in the morning drinking my protein shake, getting completely dressed for the gym, hopping in my car and sit there thinking how nice it would be to have a gym membership.
