This is a serious tip for better and more powerful serve .

I just watch this video, but this is what i have been trying to do . yes if you correctly, the serve become so effortlessly more powerful .
The only improvement i need to do, looking for the best tossing to optimizs the flow of kinectic chain .

Tip : you have to exegerate the knee bend in order to get the right level of knee bend . many times one may feel his knee bend is enough, actually it is not enough .
