Forced equity has been tried many times in the past under different
names and have failed every single time. There are just too many
variables to determine a equal outcomes. We know this. The ultimate
minority is the individual. Millions of people died under these
pathological ideologies. Diversity inclusion, and equity is no
exception.

How about we just hand them a PHD Dr. Nance, let them skip the qualifying steps altogether, so they can get out there and get that 'high paying" job?

Was waiting to hear the racism in your initial story. Until you smuggled in a lightweight professors definition that assumes racism based on disparities in outcome which you can’t quantify. Your fix to these assumed racial disparities is preferential treatment (racism) for perceived marginalized groups over others. No.
