Okay! I know this sounds like a very wired question but can you find any MUSLIM HOSPICE NURSE? I am sure there will be some because we Muslims also die and many of us die in pain off course.
Can you ask them to tell this what drugs are we Muslim allowed when in pain while dying? Because as Muslims we definitely check on professions if they are permissible in Islam or not and then we get in that profession.. and after that we also check on things in that profession if they are allowed or not.
Also one thing I should make clear that not allowed things become permissible as soon as there is no other option according to circumstances.
Hope you read and respond to this comment....

Hi Nurse Penny! I don't know if you respond to YouTube comments. I would just like to say, I have struggled with existential death anxiety since I was young. I am very interested in going into healthcare, where I know I will likely be faced by a lot of death from traumatic causes. One of my main worries is whether or not I could handle it emotionally or if it will worsen my fears of my own death and the deaths of loved ones. I absolutely love learning about paramedicine and I can handle most things, blood, vomit, you name it. It's death that I am unsure about. I was wondering if you could let me know how you yourself deal with your own mortality? Have you ever found yourself anxious or disturbed when caring for a dying patient, or have many years of working as a hospice nurse made death easier to face? Do you ever become worried about what happens after death?

So does that mean that morphine is not necessary when an actively dying person is unconscious but has tachypnea?
