Today I paid $450 for a giant lot of dozens of retro consoles, computers, and other items, but was it worth it? In this video I break down how I set my prices.

Congrats on your haul!! Epic!

4:30 Yes the Odessy 1 came out in 1972 and is the first game console ever. The cartriges are analog. =) We had both. Didn't like the first. The 2 is fun. Yes your Odessy 2 looks to be in outstanding condition. Those cart boxes look great.

Especially like the XEGS, A2000HD and the 128 you show here. 12:13 The XEGS w/kybd is worth $200 to $300 if it works. Only 250, 000 XEGS were made. If it doesn't work it's fixable. Never plug a C64 power supply into an A8bit. The XEGS is great for the design but almost identical to the 65XE or 800XL in function, except of course that the keyboard is external and missle command is built-in. 800XL's with the uncommon mechanical keyboards are preferred but XEGS are much more rare and unique and sought after. The grey XEGS joysticks are rare. If you see one, get it even if it's broken.

Recommend you clean up the XEGS and set it out in the summer mid-day sun to remove the yellowing. Usually works very well and there's no risk of marbling or bleaching from chemicals. Epic haul, again.

Most informative video I’ve seen in quite a while. Much thanks.

Always store 1571 drives (that includes the one in the C128D) with a disk protector or a disk in it and the drive closed. Otherwise, a metal bracket holding the top head will break over time rendering the drive almost unrepairable. This might have happened to these ones already, which would be a shame because they also sell for quite a lot.

Great finding. The Gemini Video System was a great machine, compatible with Atari Games. The only issue that this machine had was the AC input who was not soldered properly and was most of the times, after plugin and unplugging the AC adapter getting loose and you need it to solder it. You are correct, The Atari TELE GAMES was made for Sears, they had different box. Great memories.
