the Dell's is a Mini LED + HDR, meant for HDR workflows, where else LG is an OLED which best known for the most accurate black/shadow details representations than a Mini LED monitor.
both are great in SDR color accuracy. both is a hardware calibration monitors.
you should calibrate the LG with proper calibration tools, not eye-balling it. if you can pay thousands for both monitors, then definitely u can but the calibration probe (iDisplay for example). once both are calibrated, you'll definitely gonna have the best experience in color grading. and most important, the accuracy.
