2 cups of Hungry Jack complete Pancake Mix Complete
1 1/2 cups of water
1lb of breakfast sausage
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup

Preheat oven to 400. These recipe makes 48 mini muffins so you will need to pans or do two batches. Spray if not non stick. Combine water and pancake mix. Brown and drain sausage.
