Hey mate, great video and really useful as I've been setting up the camera. I think I would add to this list is to use shutter angle over shutter speed, I set mine to 180 and then it will automatically work out all of those things. It's also a great addition when using the 120 FPS slow motion, as sometimes the lights can flicker, which can be solved by enabling syncroscan, which allows you to change the angle by 1 degree increments (179 or 181 usually fixes the flicker). Otherwise really awesome information, and getting my hands on the Pana 35mm 1.8 tomorrow so will let you know how I find it!

640 is the low ISO for VLOG, not all picture profiles are the same.

Why are you not using Shutter Angle? If you switch to SA you literally don’t need custom modes, you just change frame rates (I have favorites mapped to an Fn button). This one of the main reason I sold my Sony a7IV for the S5ii

A very informative video, however, the 422 10 bit setting won't work with my editor (I have to transcode with Handbrake which adds time). 420 10 bit is OK though.
