Law enforcement seems to be using facial recognition technology more and more every day -- and many people think that's a problem. Derek Thompson, a writer at The Atlantic and a host of “Crazy Genius Podcast,” joins "CBS This Morning Saturday" to discuss the three types of facial recognition technology, how that tech is outpacing federal legal standards, and what some cities are doing to fight back.

Each weekday morning, "CBS This Morning" co-hosts Gayle King, Anthony Mason and Tony Dokoupil deliver two hours of original reporting, breaking news and top-level newsmaker interviews in an engaging and informative format that challenges the norm in network morning news programs. The broadcast has earned a prestigious Peabody Award, a Polk Award, four News & Documentary Emmys, three Daytime Emmys and the 2017 Edward R. Murrow Award for Best Newscast. The broadcast was also honored with an Alfred I. duPont-Columbia Award as part of CBS News division-wide coverage of the shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut. If DHS was only abusing the Biometric (State Repositories or Federal) databases to circumvent laws to "catch" criminals - while not lawful - could still be seen as appropriate to their professions nonetheless. However - DHS networking with Military as part of Asymmetrical warfare or Fusion Centers with Community Patrolling (working with local, state & federal entities) has brought in other Military tactics, techniques and weapons that are under No circumstances legal. And how they are using them aren't either. Combining Biometrics with Neural & Biological signal warfare (Neuroweapons, Sonic weapons) to "target" individuals or people in a specific geolocations without our knowledge and NOT for Security or Defense but as a means to create the event/situation to "control" the "outcome" is at a unheard of unbelievable level. Evidence is on hard drives & mobile communications. Acoustic device & autonomous computerized delivery - Local, State, Federal, Armed Forces - of Crime Sprees by our Security Forces, Terrorism & High Treason against their Nation. Be ready when this is exposed. Its bad doesn't really describe the extent.

it's in public domain in public view it's permitted. If you don't want your face to be used don't go out in public and don't come here illegally. If you're an illegal you have no say upon if you want your face to be used in face recognition technology. That's for Americans to vote on in the United States. If you're not an American you have no say upon that argument as you're not a citizen. You have no right to your fourth amendment because you're not a citizen if you're an illegal.
