With his defensive efforts in the middle of an extended Monday night game between the White Sox and the Cleveland Guardians, second baseman Josh Harrison helped create a playoff atmosphere.
With no outs in the top of the third inning, Amed Rosario hit a light groundball to Harrison at second base. He charged the ball, scooped it up bare-handed, and threw it with his body inches off the ground. As Harrison secured the out, Jose Abreu picked up the throw.
