I like to think the spy isn’t even getting hurt by the heavies punching him, he’s just too scared to try escaping or flailing or even looking. They’re not even causing blood decals.

Clearly the ultimate form of terror.

Heavy, if being competent and aware, can be a nightmare to deal with as Spy. He hears everything, turns around each 1-2 seconds while firing, has a gamesense that tells him when the Spy will try to go for a stab and, most of all, he is the class that spy's revolver is the least efficient against. Pure hell.
