This gives me PTSD from my time at Starbucks lol. The sheer number of people who would come in, say some random series of words and be like "I saw it on Tik Tok so it's real, make that for me", me having no clue wtf they were on about, and then them genuinely acting surprised when they realize that we don't have Red Bull or Coconut shavings or fresh limes or Coca Cola. Like, Ma'am, this is (ostensibly) a coffee shop, not a martini bar.
