She used to be an undercover cop, but she moved in to be a training officer. She is training the cop dude that "arrested" her. Corkscrew was the guy that said this crazy b attack led me. He put her (his training officer) into the back of the cop car to simulate the arresting to not arouse suspicion. He then didn't let her out of the back and used her being trapped to ask questions that she otherwise refused to answer.

People don't realize that he can't just let her out from the car when she asked him to because there is always the risk that they were being followed. they would be really suspicious if the officer just let her out and he let her in the passenger seat or whatever.
