Mold and bacteria growing inside homes and buildings is going to be a huge issue for humans moving forward. Very rarely remediated properly and really destroys people's health.

We just sold our house there 2 months ago when my dad passed away. New owners reported 4.5 feet of water. Very sad. They are ok though. Insurance will pay for everything but the personal items in garage.
