I’ve always brushed my lips after brushing my teeth to exfoliate and I’ve never ever had a problem with dry flaky lips. I’ve been doing this for almost 30 years now. Taught my daughters this hack and they’ve been doing it for years without issues for dry lips as well. Don’t waste money on useless exfoliating lip products. Just use your toothbrush 😊

Out of everything I learning on your channel I was SHOCKED to learn about lip basting. I did not know you can just willy-nilly put on glycolic acid on your lips lol. I’ve done it. It works. It’s crazy!

Oh sweet Dr., how valuable this video is. I am 63, live in cold, dry Maine and every inch of me is always dry. If my lips aren't cracked and bleeding, my fingers are. The wrinkles on my face of course look worse because there is no glow, no bouncy moisture! I am going to try every item you suggested, thank you. Have a beautiful day💝

Dried seaweed soaked in serum is what we use under our eyes here on Vancouver Island. Beneficial and biodegradable!

The rose water & glycerin spray by the brand Heritage is very convenient. They have travel size bottles and full size. The ingredients are purified water, vegetable glycerin and rose. 🌹

Oh my gosh i watched one of your winter skincare routines two years ago and the humidifier hack saved my skin. I went to college and experienced painfully dry skin and bloody noses for the first time after having really oily skin my whole life. I got my first humidifier at Goodwill for $10 and now i have an even bigger one that i also got second hand and it is a necessity for me ❤

Dr. Idriss, thank you for always providing educational and informative content. If you want the "disposable" option of gloves for feet, there are plastic foot covers sold online for paraffin treatments (200 for $7USD); reusable silicone socks (2 for $12USD) also. 😉💗

This is such a timely video, thank you! FYI, glycerine is a hack for us curly/coily girls to put on our curls, it adds shine and bounce to curls.

You are awesome! Your sunscreen video changed my life. I finally found one that didn't make me break out (eucerin 50 spf hyperpigmentation). I have been focusing on evening out my skin tone and I looks so much younger! Just like you said!!!! I only wear concealer to cover my dark eye circles (born with them) but that is it! No foundation needed! I look so fresh and bright. I am so pleased with my appearance. THANK YOU!!!!

Hi from Ottawa Canada ! I just received my order today, and I am so excited. You said you wanted to try out shipping to Canada and it went GREAT. Order was placed Nov 27 and received Dec 2. I had to pay 56.71 on delivery but that’s ok no problem. I have been following you since April, I had to learn from you what ingredients I need to buy in products to get the job done from the inside out and to get an even skin tone. Please keep shipping you products to Canada. You are genuine and trustworthy. That is a winning combination. Congratulations love you from nerd Lorraine ❤

Warm hugs from Bulgaria, Dr. Idriss. Again, very useful information, especially the one about moisturizing the hands and feet. In return, I can recommend the best lip scrub: Honey!!! Leave it on the lips for 5 minutes and wash it (wash, not lick!) with warm water. It works like magic and is a natural product.

I love watching all your videos! Are you able to do a video on how you personally got rid/helped your facial flushing? I have started laser treatments and would like to know some of your best/go-to products that helped you. Thanks!

I’ve been waiting for this video! Have been loving using lanolin for my winter eczema on and above the lips, as well.

I was rewatching this and ended up down a rabbit hole of hypochlorous acid products. I never realized that was what was in the wound cleanser I used several years ago. Some brands on Amazon sell a gallon for about the same price as a bottle of the wound cleanser. Do you think you could do a short video on how to choose a good hypochlorous acid to use for cleaning the mister and maybe even some of the other ways you use hypochlorous acid? It seems to have a multitude of uses. Thank you for your videos. They are very informative.

I no longer listen Dr. Shereene videos while my nieces are around because one of them started using cussing words alleging the girl I listen to on youtube use them all the time 😅

Thank you Dr 🙏 i think it's worth mentioning that humidifiers aren't always good in terms of mould growth. I have to use a dehumidifier in my studio to help prevent mould.

It's just something to ve mindful of.

The working hands cream is fantastic, i saw a difference all day after one application at night, and the best part is that it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy residue, nor a powdery one. Somw cold creams (i.e Avene) leave my hands feeling powdery, and i don't like that.
