Cigar Smoking Mayor asks Do YOU Know Who I Am?

@Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage of Wichita Mayor Brandon Whipple allegedly cut in line at a city trash clean up day. He accuses the officer of being rude to him and calls the City Manger. Witnesses on scene tell a different story.

Whipple faced calls for his resignation for using his power at this event. Whipple was trying to dump trash from a rental property he owned.
