I just made this recipe and it was excellent. It will be a regular on my menu. I’ve been eating your oatmeal recipe with carrots and blueberries every morning, I love it! Finally losing weight and not starving. Keto and low carbs don’t work for me. Im sticking with this. Thank you ladies! Love your channel.

love the idea of using hummus as a
sort of sauce. it’s nearly impossible to find hummus without tahini tho.

I just finished making my hummus and add just a touch of tahini and some lemon juice, garlic powder black pepper. To me this delicious.

Banza or other chickpea pasta will be an upgrade to this healthy recipe! Also, according to Dr. Michael Gregor, cut the broccoli 20 minutes before using to release the max. sulphorophine! Thanks for sharing!

When I'm adding broccoli or cauliflower to my pasta dishes, I place the veggies in a colander and place it over the pot of boiling water/pasta so they are both ready ( and al dente) at the same time.
