My friend linked me this mix at a time that was particularly tough for me in my life. I never properly thanked or repaid him. He did so much for me and he's been a big reason i'm still around to write this.

That being said, i've fought this fight for a decade plus and i'm still haunted by anxiety and depression daily.

This serves as a note of appreciation and also as an apology. Reubs, i'm sorry i've let you down bro.

I know you were there everytime and then some. It's not on you. I know you know that but i want you to KNOW that.

You couldn't have done anything to make this turn out any differently.

I will never forget the feelings this mix still brings me. It was first years at community college - I was confused, a little scared but determined to do well. I found a quiet spot upstairs in the student center at a table near a wall of windows that went from floor to ceiling, over looking the courtyard. I started listening to this and got lost in the music, the studying, the ambiance of my space. It was perfect. YOU GOT ME THROUGH SCHOOL and all the emotions of figuring out life with it. Thank you so much! This now brings me happy tears because I have come so far!
