I have a story for y'all. For those who read it. I played this playlist in 2018. When it first came out towards 2019. I was getting abused. The first song discovery I played for 3 years multiple times a week for months. Yalix crystal realm was the one that resonated with me the most. When ever I was crying or worked up or abused or hungry or depressed or something bad. I would play this and cry. This playlist helped me through years or depression and anxiety. Mixhound. Thank you. And to those artists. Y'all saved me.

I'm a recovering heroin addict who's just been clean for over 2 weeks now and questioning the very point of existence. Life is hard and being optimistic about anything is excruciatingly difficult for me right now.
It's nearly 3am now and have been having another sleepless night. Music has always been one thing that always lifted my spirit. I haven't listened to any chillstep for awhile and thought I'd see if it made any difference in my mood.

31:03 this song really hit hard for me. You can hear children laughing, having fun, enjoying their life. It really had a nostalgic feeling for me as back then, life was really enjoyable, even with the little flaws it carried along with it. As i grew up, I thought life was simply a cruel joke and nothing about it was fun. And now, bullshit in America like police violence and COVID deaths further enforced that, and me and others being adolescents didn’t make it easier. But jokes actually have meaning; all I did was forget how privileged I was to still be here. 2020 was a painful ride, that’s for sure. But we endured it, and not it’s almost over. Who knows? Maybe we can go back to having fun in our lives, be free to do what we want. I really hope so

For a long time, I was under the influence of hard drugs. During the duration of my use, I found it hard to create memories (like an old smell, sound, or place that causes you to recall the past). I was finally able to quit, without assistance, just on my own accord. For years after, I still had no ability to create a memory and I had thought that was going to be forever.. This 2hour video compilation has been included in my first ability to create memories. Turns out that was not permanent, life will get better after all. Thank you to the creator, you saved my brain.
