Thank you so much! I’m currently a 9th grader doing Honor Algebra 2/Trigonometry and my teacher would yell at me when I asked how to do this lesson because I couldn’t really understand the thought process behind it but when I watched this video, I fully understand it now!

Thank you, you helped me with my math quiz. I was really confused and I’m taking online class so I can’t get ahold of my professor so quickly but this really helped!

struggling with pre cal but my degree requires cal 2. I have been getting discouraged that I might now be up to the task but youtubers like you Mr. Muscarella have explained these concepts so well and have given me hope that I can do this!

(small side note, if you have no x intercept at all that works the same as >&= when the quadratic only touches the x axis like your final example, yes? so (-infinity, +infinity) is the interval notation when you have no x int.?

7:00 I am trying to solve a parabola that is similar to this one except that it is below the x axis and the center of it is x=1/2 and y=-1/2. It never touches above x axis, so how can I determine the f(x) less that 0 with decreasing (1/2, infinite) and increasing (-infinite, 1/2)? I know it's never positive yet I never understood how to right it like f(x)<0 on (?, ?)U(?, ?) And f(x) is never positive?
