Will they return this if its not dated with the signature? They returned mine, but its signed, just not dated. The second page marks #7, basically asking me to sign it, but its signed. Thank you.

Hello, I applied for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number at the beginning of August this year, and it hasn't been approved yet. Can I change my mailing address before the confirmation letter is sent out?

I do not have a social security number since I am not a resident, I have an EIN number, I cannot apply?

Is this the same form for filing a change of address for a deceased person as an executor? Of course how can a dead person receive a mail right, so it must be the address of the executor. Why is it asking for spouse information if filing for someone?
