Understanding the verdict Humans of Bombay v. People of India

The video largely focuses on the judgment of “Humans of Bombay Stories Pvt. Ltd. v. POI Social Media Pvt. Ltd. & Anr.” delivered on 11th October, 2023 by Hon’ble Ms. Justice Prathiba M. Singh. It is a recent judgment on the issue of copyright infringement. The Hon’ble Court held that 'expression of an idea' is protectable under Copyright law.
