The Porsche 911 Turbo S is a rear-engined rocketship. A brand new 3.7L twin turbo flat-6 now makes 640 horsepower and is paired to a new 8 speed PDK transmission. This makes the new Turbo S one of the fastest cars in the world, with tons of technology and hardware enabling it to run circles around almost every other car out there. A few weeks ago, Peter from 1016 Industries/9Design tossed me the keys to his new 992 Turbo S which featured custom forged wheels, exhaust, as well as a tune from VF Engineering. This car was so insanely fast, taking the blistering performance of the stock Turbo S to a whole other level. I am confused with young people and the GT3 or the RS they think they are god and at the track they pretty much are but 99% of GT cars never go to the track especially the RS models lol The TURBO S is the king of all porsche !! nothing beats there day to day livability and at the drag strip they are animals and at the track they are killers but because kids love the neon colors and the wing and the fact other car guys told them to love the GT cars they become obsessed to the point morons pay 50-100 grand over sticker making the GT3 and RS way more expensive then the TURBO S ... the funniest is the Turbo S is just as fast around the race track it just slows after a few laps but since weekend track guys hardly ever track more then a few laps over the weekend the Turbo S is what you want
