This video influenced me to buy the Invisigig5G to replace the 4G-only modem I was using to access T-Mobile in our remote rural area. So far, I've been very happy with the Invisigig product and their service. The modem was easy to set up. The SIM in 4g only modem I was replacing worked immediately in the Invisigig. The connectors for my Waveform external antenna fit the Invisigig antenna connectors without the need for adapters. When I connected the Invisigig to my gen -1 Google mesh router, it worked immediately with no adjustments needed. The few questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly by Richard at Invisigig. Best of all, my down and upload speeds improved dramatically -- going from about 20 Mbps Down and 3 - 4 Up, to over 130 Mbps Down and about 20 Mbops Up.

This is an important modem for use in rural and semi-rural areas with low signal strength. Of course, it should be used with an outside antenna for those areas, possibly a 4x4 Mimo setup.

Hey Peter, do you have the tmobile home internet Sim in this modem? Also would like to ask if you know any data only sims or would i have to choose a internet provider where they don't check the imei.

Peter, what did you do to get the ipv6? Are you using your business account SIM or home internet sim?

I just got the GL.iNet GL-X3000 and the firmware just updated to allow tower locking. Nice GUI too! Maybe you can give it a try?

I bought an InvisaGig but it isn't working for me out of the box. I have watched your previous video and this one along with the Wireless Haven's video on setup. I don't have the skills or knowledge to set up the InvisaGig the way you and they say to do it. Without some one on one help I have a very expensive paper weight.

Peter, I have noticed its best to block band 71. Every afternoon invisagig is switching to just band 71. I was only getting speeds of 45 down 12 up. after blocking band 71 it reconnects to band 41 and 25. speeds of 743 down and 62 up.

Firmware has been updated. Added a dark theme to the GUI. Also add an auto reboot timer that you can control the time that this happens. Many other updates on the main screen.

So I turned down the service. I live in a valley, there is 5G, but I need an antenna up high.

Hi, Peter. I enjoy your videos, but they are way too advanced for me to really understand. I have T-Mobile 5G with the Arcadian modem, and my speeds are just dismal. I was thinking about the Invisagig, because I don't want to get an external antenna (messing with the T-Mobile modem is way beyond my technical capabilities). My question is, if I get the Invisagig, do I transfer the little sim card from the T-Mobile modem to the Invisagig modem? I'm pretty sure I'll be able to configure the Invisagig as long as the sim card is done right. I need good Internet for work and for playing the piano live in a Zoom meeting I attend. T-mobile is my only option in my rural community, but I'm close to the tower (less than a mile away). Thanks for any help you can provide someone like me!
