Saudi arabia said it will only normalize if a fair solution to the Palestinian issue was agreed upon. That seems to be the current situation.
Although, i fear the Palestinians don't really want a solution. Many factions are socialist and communist and believe that overthrowing the Saudi monarchy is more important. Others like Hamas are islamist who want to ally with other islamists in the region like the houthis and hizbollah all of which are supported by Qatar and Iran both enemies of Saudi Arabia and wish its destruction.
I believe that in time Saudi Arabia will recognize that they are wasting their political diplomatic and financial resources supporting an ungrateful people who are even now consider Saudi Arabia their enemy when it's the only thing keeping them alive. However, in such time of great change anything is possible.
Finally, the lady keeps calling Saudi Arabia a sheikhdom which is not true. It's a kingdom ruled by a king. A sheikhdom is something you'd call a country like Kuwait or Qatar both small in size.

Trump lacks the sophistication of an orator, like Obama, but he will certainly be shine as far as world politics are important. Believe or not, he is the only true politician, without huffed and fluffed feathers. Nice sounding politicians do not succeed in bringing stability and respect to their countries. A definite note Indian politicians. Be like Isreal's politics, a very strong defensive and strong army and foreign policies, and then reap the rewards.
