India must extablish a suitable track record in building nuclear power stations before trying to bid for projects outside India. This is not about building tower blocks or bridges. The US first offered nuclear power for staying with the Petrol dollar ythe other conditions mentioned in this report are also the same with what China is offering except China wants to buy oil in their own currency. It is good that China now gives Saudi options so they can break away from the US and also help Saudi with its 2035 Development Plan
