I dehydrate veggies like kale, spinach, broccoli, corn, peas, bell peppers and cooked beans and put them into vacuum packed packets to save weight and space in the RV. If you cook regular rice dehydrate it becomes minute rice that costs a whole lot less. Ditto for pasta. I don’t dump those leftover noodles; I dehydrate them. Little freeaer space? Can pints of meat you buy in bulk and store in pint mason jars. Those all make meals on a shelf that require little cooking and you can carry a lot more food on board in little space.

Love the organizer. Great idea. Was thinking of different uses for that item. For people that may not have any storage like under an RV or live in a small camper the organizer could be used for so many things from spices, nails, screws, cut up pieces of nano tape, Command Velcro strips, and so forth. Heck, you could even put some small (yet maybe cut down) office supplies in there like sticky notes 📝 and paper clips 📎 Lots of different possibilities!

We use toothbrush caps. They work great! If you drop them the cap stays on and not a problem!!

All great ideas. Just a caveat, leaving charger cords plugged in when not in use still pulls some power and is an increased fire risk. Safe travels.

I use those little bags for spices after the pricey magnetic tins were a total fail!

7:55. Why not simply fit a pure sine wave DC to AC inverter? They are over 95% efficient and a LOT cheaper than a portable power station. You certainly have the battery and solar capacity :-).

We went to IKEA in Portland, OR and we spent 4 hours there and found nothing that would go into our motorhome without screwing it into the wall. The food court was not good at all either.

I have been trying to clear out things and I at this moment have a load for Goodwill, but the good stuff went to the pet resale shop. They’re in it for the pets not for the profit.

here's where i disagree: charging cables you use daily or nightly, should be easily accessible. if theyre on a desk, and the desk surface is thin enough, you could use those paper binders, not the paper clips of course, but those black metal clips you bend to open them up. you clip it to the desk, and remove the bender. loop your cable inside of that handle and put it back on the clip.

now, in this specific situation, you could look into retractable cords instead. im not sure if theyre available for the apple watch and with a lightning port, but its something to look for, and you shouldnt really have a high amperage cable to charge your phone at night, anyway. unless your phone can optimize its charging
