The Indonesian one was singing on beat so it sounds like an actual song, that's probably why people feel like it sounds the best. Rhythm/melody with a consistent beat usually sounds better than just a capella.

Japan had a gorgeous tone, America had crazy agility, Indonesia had excellent resonance and register flipping, Philippines had incredible runs and a beautiful husky tone, China had flawless vibrato and a strong vocal color. All are winners to me :)
