It looks like a beginner could start with this plane. It's so forgiving & slow but has the power to launch like a helicopter or a vertical takeoff. Then you have safe mode I think you mentioned. 200 isn't that bad.

great flyer...nice flight...this plane has it all in one package ! A comparable plane, then add carbon fiber kit, prop saver, prop, receiver, ESC, motor and servos, plus glue and assembly, comes out around $280...I think it's a good deal and flys great...a lot of fun...

I love my Eratix! Been a fun Plane to fly what fue times I have had chance to since Christmas. Definitely gonna be getting it out a bunch more now Spring is almost here.

Just got one yesterday and learned about an issue I hadn't understood with getting SAFE on a switch from the RC Nation forum. This thing is made of control surfaces and they deflect to crazy angles. I think the price is fair enough. Hope I can get brave enough to turn off all the babysitters and try some stuff. :)
