How long should I enter France after receiving a French long stay visa? Do I need to arrive in France within 1 month? Or should it arrive within 2 months?
Is there a set period?

Will real estate satisfy the financial, or must it be cash?

Hello. I am still researching the financial documents; does the income of the "monthly minimum" x 12 months suffice or must I have $50k in savings? Our pensions and social security are around $45k/year. We own our condo $270k; rents out at $1500/month. Fidelity Investments around $40k. Must we have sizable cash savings, or will passive income and equity suffice? Thank you! Dean & Cindy
