Gelli Plate Collage Paper - Art Tutorial

In this video I demonstrate and explain how I use a Gelli Plate to monoprint my own collage papers. I use these papers in my mixed media abstract paintings, art journal pages, and even as framed artwork by itself. Materials used: acrylic paint, Gelli Plate, paper, tissue paper, and a brayer to spread the paint.

The plastic stencil sheet is called mylar. You can also cut up old plastic dividers or file folders. I've even used old tetrapaks. 👍
