BLEdim app not finding Bluetooth Rgb controller

I don't know why people keep watching this video. I only posted it to send it to customer service to show them what my problem was.

I had the exact same problem, but restarting my phone seems to have done the trick, I have now connected to it successfully several times. I've also heard that uninstalling then reinstalling the app works for some people.

How did you wire up the color change button?

The problem seems to be with mine that I needed to go into the location setting and give the app location permission to use location. Came right on with Bluetooth app after that.

You have to open up the actual Bluetooth box that is connected to fuse or battery and their should be a red and black wire, bond the 2 together by twisting them you may have to strip the rubber protective coat to get enough wire then place it on the silver cylinder or on the chip

You have to have the light bar on in order to connect

Easiest way scan the bar code and it’ll tell you what app to use rgb app

I just found out the problem to this app. You GOTTA have your LOCATION on in order to use this app. The location on, like you using your GPS to know where u is in your phone. It GOTTA be turn on.

You need to get closer to the bluetooth module, located near the hood. Stand by the hood and you'll get a better signal

For the rock lights Has 2 different types of apps one for android in 1 for Apple click on the android 1 it's called M lights

My galaxy s8 doesn't connect but a friend's iPhone connects and operates it fine. Any help would be appreciated.
