this doesan't really explain any fix, all you said to do was turn on bluetooth and location which everyone has already done (and we still can't connect) so we need a fix for that.

Mine worked on andriod when I first installed it now after even deleting and reinstalling the app it wont change tge colours and stays on the colour I first chose it doesn't connect on Bluetooth either 🙄

Guys I figured it out, for iPhones it’s the lotus lantern app!! Connected right away. I scanned the QR on the little connector box and it took me to a different app completely

Can I NOT connect the lights to the USB on the TV? Says taking too much power

Turning off my Bluetooth then going to the app and having it make me turn it back on worked for me. Thank you!

I had the same problem 10 minutes ago, after week of brainstorming i turned off the LED and plugged back and it worked immediately…..

So I have the app on my phone, my speakers are connected via PMX RGB and speaker lights flicker between 4 colours but I can't blue tooth via phone app to the PMX RGB to control colour and lights ???

Before trying anything else try enabling shake feature in app settings and shake phone. As odd as it sounds i never successfully connected Bluetooth BUT the shake function worked and than all the other features. No clue why it wouldn't connect Bluetooth but try enabling shake feature before anything else hopefully it works for you too😅
