kali had seek asylum in Gold - this is how he got the way to sneak into the Golden crown of Maharaja Parikshit. Kali, while having a place in Maharaja's Head (crown), poisoned his mind which is how Parikshit did something he shouldn't have done, i.e., putting a dead snake in the sage's neck. Parikshit, in reality was an extremely benevolent King, and a stout follower of Dharma. Kali had just replaced that Dharma in Parikshit's head with his malice.

Yudhishthir missed the door to heaven from a distance of one footstep bcs of the lie he told to guru dronacharya about the death of ashwatthama..(though he silently told ashwatthamaa iti gaja) but that didn't reach to guru dronacharya's ear therefore that was considered a lie and a "paap" which deprived him of the direct entry to heaven...

It's very true that Yudhishtira went to the heavens but before that he also had to go through Naraka Darshana as he had unknowingly committed a sin by saying "Ashwathamo hathah kunjaraha"a lie about Ashwathama instead of "Ashwathamena hathah kunjaraha"...

2)Tyag-Tretayug mai ravan ne jhooth bolkar he Mata Sita ka haran Kiya tha kyuki Satya satyug mai hi chala Gaya tha tab bhagwan Sri Ram ne tyag ko darshaya jo dharm ka teesra stambh tha jo Tretayug ka ant hote he is dharti ko chhodkar chala gaya aur Ramayan ho gai
3)Tapasya- Dwaparyug mai tyag ke chale Jane se Mahabharat ho gai kyuki Duryodhan kehte hai ki pandavo ko mai sui ki nok na du aur is yug mai tapasya thi lekin wo dwapadyug ka ant hote he chali gayi
4)Daan-Kaliyug mai sirf daan hai jo manushya ko taar sakta hai bhav sagar se.

Satyug -100 percent dharm
Tretayug - 75 percent dharm
Dwapadyug- 50 Percent dharm
