Just a couple of thoughts. If you're a 11.x UTR tennis player, the transition to PB will be extremely easy. My son was an 11.5 UTR tennis player and it took him two weeks to get to 5.x level in singles PB. It took him four months to get to 5.x in doubles PB. The way the serve in PB works is almost identical to the forehand in tennis. Watch Roger Federer forehand and the PB serve should look exactly like that. The take back should be like "tap the dog".

Any guidelines for how many sets and reps for each drill?

Here's my tip for both of you: DON'T CHOKE UP ON YOUR PADDLE! You're violating the basic laws of physics: The LONGER the lever - the BETTER the lever.
