Restaurant Gets Free Transformation on Lawn FULL of Weeds!

This ugly lawn gets a free makeover on a yard full of weeds. I show the the transformation but I also show you the process I use to get the results. It took a couple of weed control application as well as some quality fertilizer to improve the curb appeal of this property. I think it will continue to improve as the warm summer weather helps the lawn thicken. Enjoy the results but also the lawn care tips involved in the the process!

Being a commercial property and having all that concrete around I bet there is a lot of rocks under the turf that is probably pretty compacted. That tree stump needs to be removed and I wonder if they have a gutter system…but all in all great job!

What’s best for clover and yellow wood sorrel

My wife won't let us eat there anymore because they never wipe down their tables LOL. We went in one day and the only customers with 5 people standing around on their phones. I love the food though.
